Product Introduction
The liquid surface covering ball is injection-molded from polypropylene (PP). This product comes in two models: Type I is a foamed floating ball, and Type II is a foamed solid ball (energy-saving ball).
Scope of Application
Covering balls are mainly used for covering the upper layer of liquid surfaces. For example: when used in acid and alkali storage tanks, they can prevent the escape and volatilization of acid and alkali gases, reduce environmental pollution from these gases, and save on acid and alkali materials; when used in demineralized water, they isolate air from water, reducing contamination from CO2, O2, dust, and other impurities in the air, ensuring water quality.
Suitable for various horizontal acid storage tanks, condensate storage tanks in water treatment, and demineralized water tanks, greatly reducing pollution from acid mist, carbon dioxide, and oxygen in the air, thus protecting water quality, saving energy, and purifying the environment.
Usage Method
Add the covering balls to the liquid according to the required quantity per surface area. The balls will naturally arrange neatly and cover the liquid surface. The edges can be sealed with other sealing materials.
